Studio Policies, Terms & Conditions
At PURE Elevation Dance Studio, we are committed to creating a positive, structured, and uplifting environment where dancers grow in skill, confidence, discipline, and character. The following policies help ensure consistency, fairness, and excellence for all families.
All students are required to complete a Registration Form prior to enrolling in classes or participating in trial lessons.
A non-refundable $25 Registration/Anniversary Fee is required for each student.
This fee remains valid for one year or until the student withdraws from the program.
Class placement is determined solely by the Instructor and/or Studio Director.
All waivers must be completed before participation
Priority Registration
Currently enrolled students receive priority enrollment for the upcoming season. Annual registration fees will automatically process unless an opt-out form is submitted prior to the stated deadline each season. Parents will still select preferred classes for placement.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tuition & Payments
Tuition reflects the total season cost divided into equal monthly payments for your convenience.
Our dance season runs August through May/early June.
Tuition includes classes, rehearsals, dress rehearsal, picture day, and performances.
Tuition remains the same regardless of holidays, studio closures, or absences.
Tuition reminders are sent on the last Friday of each month.
Auto-draft payments process on or before the 5th of each month.
Payment Policies
Late payments incur a $35 late fee per month.
Returned payments incur a $35 returned payment fee.
Tuition is not prorated.
Accounts one month past due will result in suspension from classes until current.
All tuition and registration payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if PURE Elevation Dance Studio cancels a class due to low enrollment.

Make-Up Class Policy
We understand that occasional absences happen.
Students may schedule a make-up class in an age and level-appropriate class.
Make-ups must be completed within 30 days of the missed class.
Make-ups must be scheduled through the studio office.
Tuition credits or refunds are not provided for missed classes.
Rescheduling & Substitutions
PURE Elevation Dance Studio reserves the right to:
Provide substitute instructors when necessary.
Reschedule, combine, or adjust classes when needed.
Withdrawal & Drop Procedure
Written notice is required to withdraw a student.
Accepted forms of notice:

Front desk submission
Verbal notification is not accepted.
A 30-day written notice is required prior to the next billing cycle.
Billing continues until written notice is received.
Accounts will be charged for 30 days following notification to hold the dancer’s class placement.
Withdrawals after April 1 remain financially responsible for the remainder of the season.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Studio Expectations & Conduct
PURE Elevation Dance Studio promotes kindness, leadership, discipline, respect, and teamwork.
Students and parents are expected to:
Show respect to instructors, staff, and peers.
Maintain positive behavior inside and outside the studio.
The Studio Director reserves the right to remove any student or family displaying:
Disrespectful behavior
Bullying
Threatening conduct
Disruptive or inappropriate actions
Participation privileges may be revoked at the Director’s discretion.
Dress Code
Dress requirements are provided upon enrollment.
General guidelines:
Hair must be secured away from the face.
No chewing gum.
No dangling jewelry or large hair accessories.
Proper dance shoes required.
Label all personal belongings.
PURE Elevation Dance Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Registration & Annual Fee
Arrival & Pickup
Students should arrive 5 minutes before class (not earlier).
Prompt pick-up is required.
Students must wait inside until escorted by a parent/guardian.
Please drive slowly and cautiously in the parking lot.
Attendance
Consistent attendance supports dancer growth and group choreography.
Please notify the studio of planned absences.
Sick students should remain home.
Tuition is not refunded for missed classes.
Students missing excessive classes near recitals may be removed from routines at instructor discretion.
Inclement Weather
Studio updates will be communicated via:

Safety is our priority. Make-up classes are available for weather closures.
Communication
Primary communication is sent via email and BAND app.
Families are responsible for:
Maintaining an updated email address
Reading newsletters and studio announcements
We do not share email information with third parties.
Recital Information
All dancers are invited to participate in our annual recital.
Participation is optional but must be declined in writing by January 1.
Costume payments are non-refundable.
Tickets must be purchased separately and may sell out.
Students must remain backstage during performances.
Recital week replaces regular classes.
Eligibility:
Students must enroll by March to participate unless approved by the Director.
No flash photography or video recording permitted during performances.
Parent Observation
Parents are not permitted inside classrooms unless invited.
Two Parent Participation Weeks are held annually.
Waiver & Release of Liability
By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge that dance and physical activities carry inherent risks. Participation constitutes agreement to release PURE Elevation Dane Studio, its staff, owners, and affiliates from liability for injuries occurring during classes, rehearsals, or studio activities.
Billing Authorization
By enrolling and providing payment information, you authorize PURE Elevation Dance Studio to process recurring payments via credit card or ACH draft.
You agree that:
Payment information provided is accurate.
Charges will be honored by your financial institution.
A 30-day written notice is required to terminate billing.
Disputed charges may result in additional fees, collections, or termination of services.
Costume Orders
Costume payments process automatically on the announced date each season.
Costumes are ordered only after payment is received in full.
Costume payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
