Studio Policies

Withdrawal

Any student who withdraws from PURE Elevation must give written notice to the office prior to the next months billing date. If the customer does not give written notice, they will be automatically billed for the next months tuition and billing will continue until written notice is given. The customer will be financially responsible for the total amount. Registration fees are non-refundable. 

Withdrawals must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to the billing date and the withdrawal form must be submitted 7 days prior to the billing date.

All withdrawals after April 1st will still be financially responsible for tuition for the remainder of the season.

Rescheduling & Substitution

PURE Elevation reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regular teacher is ill or is otherwise unable to teach. ESOD reserves the right to reschedule or combine classes.

Priority Registration

Never worry about registration again! We will do the work for you! On May 18th, 2024, all currently registered students will be charged a non refundable registration fee for the 2024-2025 season unless an opt-out form is completed prior to April 29th, 2024. Parents will still be able to select which classes they want their child placed in.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when PURE Elevation cancels a class due to low enrollment. Recital costumes are non-refundable. The Recital Fee is non-refundable. 

Attendance

Regular attendance is vital to student progress and group choreography. Please make every effort to attend each class. Students may make up missed classes. If you miss more than two of the final eight classes before Recital you may be dismissed from participating in the Recital routine at the discretion of the teacher.

Parent Observation

Coming into the classroom is not allowed unless invited by the instructor. PURE Elevation lobby features monitors which display all of the studios as well as viewing windows. PURE Elevation holds two Parent Participation Weeks during the season where parents are invited into the studio to take class with their child.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, a text and email will be sent by 2:00pm regarding the status of classes and posted on the PURE Elevation Facebook page and Instagram. Please note that we do not necessarily follow school closings as roads are often cleared by the time studio classes begin. Students are welcome to makeup any missed classes due to inclement weather.

Costume Order/Exchanges

Recital costumes will be paid by automatic bank account debit or credit card payment on November 20th. Costumes are non-refundable. Costumes will not be ordered until payment is received in full.
